Connecting donors to the causes they care about most ... supporting advisors with planned giving information and tools

Welcome to the Maryland Community Foundation website,  a central source of information for attorneys and advisors seeking to better serve their client's philanthropic needs; for their clients who are searching for a way to make their philanthropy more strategic, and more meaningful; and for donors, looking for information on how to work with their local community foundation.

Here you will find general information about Maryland's community foundations and what we can offer you and your clients.   Each community foundation in the state has a menu of services that reflects the needs of the community it serves

Please contact your local community foundation to find services customized to your locale, and to learn more about how your local community foundation operates, how the foundation partners with attorneys and advisors in your area, and how the foundation works with donors to better your community.

Maryland community foundations specialize in helping individuals, families and businesses plan and carry out their charitable giving, and in building endowments to serve their regions' changing needs.

Contact your local community foundation for further information.
